Hello Everyone!

As I share my cool finds with our magazine readers each month, I’ll also share them here as well.  I hope you enjoy this section as much as I do.  

This month I have two neat products to share with you.  The Rösle Adjustable V-Slicer with Vegetable Grip and the Rösle Parmesan Knife.

The V-shaped blade is effort saving and gives a clean cut, even on tomatoes. It has five settings up to 0.2 inch and an exchangeable blade. The non-slip silicone base ensures safe work at every angle. It’s easy to clean with no corners where residue can build up.

The Rösle Parmesan Knife has a sturdy handle and robust spear point blade sharpened on both sides which is cool. It can break through even the hardest Parmesan cheese. This knife is awesome!
